Is the door stuck right now?
Call instead of sending the form. If a spring has snapped, leave the door closed. If a car is stuck inside, or the house is standing open, say that first.
If you can't be there
Someone else can meet us and show us the problem: your tenant, a parent, the cleaner, a neighbor. Give us their first name and mobile. The arrival window goes to them by text as well as to you, and only you approve the price.
If something we fixed fails
Call the same number and we come back. Every repair carries 1 year on parts and labor, and it's printed on your receipt. Have it near you when you call.
Do we come out to you?
Los Angeles County, from the Valley to the South Bay. That includes Santa Clarita, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks and Redondo Beach. If you're not sure, call and ask.
