When someone else will let us in
Your tenant, your mother, the cleaner or a neighbor can let us in and show us the problem. That's all they need to do. Add their first name and mobile to the form, or tell us when we call.
You get an arrival window by text, and so does whoever is meeting us. Whoever lets us in doesn't approve the price. Only you do, by phone if you're not there.
After you send it

- We ask what's wrong with the door or gate and set a time. The arrival window comes by text.
- We check the whole door before we price anything, springs to opener.
- You get the price in writing before any work, with the repair option first.
